1st day in Sapporo, Hokkaido

From now on, I’ll post what I did during this spring break
with my daughter.

Right after she got off from school, we hopped in a domestic
flight from Tokyo to Sapporo.

When we left Tokyo, the temp was 20C (quite warm).
After 90 min. flight, it was only zero C (very cold),
and it was snowing pretty hard there.

We took train from Sapporo airport to Sapporo station.
It was so convenient and fast!

Since my daughter is in love with Ra-men ラーメン (Japanese noodle soup),
and Hokkaido is one of the most famous Ra-men place in Japan,
we visited the place called Ra-men Republic.  There are about 8 or 9
Ra-men restaurants inside and you can choose where to eat.
This is Shio 塩ラーメン(Salted).  Very basic and
simple but deep and tasty.
Here is Miso 味噌ラーメン (Fermented Soybean Paste).
A bit spicy but rich taste.

The place my girl chose was so popular that we had to wait
about half an hour outside the restaurant.  But it was worth
waiting!  So yummy!!
